Refund Policy

Services at LPS Skin Studio are tailored to your individual skincare needs. Although we strive for ultimate client satisfaction, there is unfortunately a chance that you may not be 100% satisfied with the treatment provided. All services are non-refundable.

Product Refunds:


  • You have 24 hours to cancel an order once it's been placed. 

  • All products are final sale.

If an allergic reaction occurs after using a product, please email us immediately. Help facilitate the process by attaching photos of the reaction to the email. If the refund is approved, you will be issued a store credit. 

Shipping & Pickup

Ground Shipping can take 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent out. LPS Skin Studio ships across Canada and charges a flat fee with each order.

Free pickup at the spa is available for all product orders. Please keep in mind that orders can only be picked up during operating hours.


Waitlist is now CLOSED. As much as I would love to take on new clients, I am unfortunately at capacity for being a solo aesthetician. Once there is availability to take on new clients, I will reach out to people who have previously joined the waitlist.
